2 Tbsp ground seeds

2 Tbsp purple sea moss gel

1tsp elderberry powder

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 handful of fresh spinach

1 handful of fresh basil

2 scoops berry protein

Topped with frozen raspberries, coconut crunch cereal,
and NuNature date syrup.
