Cocodate Banana Sushi

1 Banana (peeled)
1 Flour tortilla (or Wheat tortilla)
NuNature Coco Date Spread
Strawberries (or blueberries / raspberries)


Layout your tortilla on a plate. Spread NuNature Coco Date Spread generously. Add a peeled banana to one end of your tortilla. Roll up the tortilla shell with the banana inside. Cut up the tortilla into bite size sushi rolls. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
